About Us
Tara Rice is the Founder of Miss West Coast Productions Inc., established in 2013. Since 2013, Rice has produced over 30 Pageants in California. In 2024, Rice won the Best State Pageant Director Award at the Annual Pageant Planet Best in Pageantry Awards Gala. This is her 3rd time winning this prestigious award and has won additional awards through out the years including Best State Pageant, Best Prize Package and Woman of the Year Award. Rice was selected to win these awards by votes from former contestants, titleholders, sponsors and Pageant Industry professionals who read all reviews and observe all pageant related content of the Miss West Coast Pageant. As a Pageant Director and Coach she has helped many girls, teens and women to capture the crown of State, National and International Titles. In 2024, Rice helped 6 of her state titleholders to capture the United States National titles out of the 8 age divisions.

Participating in the 2024 Miss West Coast Pageant was an incredible introduction to the world of pageantry. Tara could not have made this experience any more amazing. Tara is the woman I look up to and can call in a time of need and she will give the best and supportive advice. Tara is always in my corner. She notably worked extremely hard in the West Coast Pageant and was so calm, prepared, and kind the whole time. The Miss West Coast Pageant is an organized and competitive pageant. The Director, Tara Rice is outstanding at developing the contestants not only to win the pageant, but also contribute to the community and platforms. I met Tara 5 years ago and I originally came on board as a Sponsor and Judge. After experiencing the pageant as a judge I decided I wanted to participate in the pageant as a contestant the following year. Tara helped me prepare for the pageant and I won. The prize package does not stop at the fabulous prizes that you receive. Tara has such a great relationship with businesses, brands and event organizers that she makes opportunities available to her Queens, as well as contestants year round. I've become a brand ambassador and model for the companies she had introduced me to. Tara taught me how to walk in heels, posing techniques, posture as well as runway walk and now I’m modeling full time. I’ve made so many long term friends with people that I met at the Miss West Coast Pageant. I highly recommend this pageant especially if you want to prepare for state and national pageants.
